1. Click on the Tickets link.

2. Once clicked, you will be redirected to the list off all the tickets that you created. You will see here the ticket number, date created, status, subject and the department it was assigned to.

3. To view the a certain ticket, you will need to click the ticket number or the subject.
4. Once clicked, you will be brought to the page where you can see all the information about the ticket. This is where you can interact with the staff concerned and post your replies.
