Forgot My Password

1. Click on this link https://supportsystem.picollege.edu/pwreset.php

2. Enter your username and click on the Send Email button.

3. If the information provided is valid a password reset email will be sent to the email address you have on file. If you do not receive the email or have trouble reseting your password, please contact support.

4. Open your school email and you should receive an email from PIC Support System.

5. Click on the link provided on the email.

6. Re-enter the username or email and click the Login button.

7. Enter your new password and confirm by typing the same password as the first one then click on the Update button.

8. After successful password change, you will be redirected to the Open a New Ticket Page.

9. End.
