How to Open a New Ticket

- Click on the Open a New Ticket link from the navigation bar.
- Login to the system by entering your school email and your password. If you do not know the password, please reach out to John (jsalvador@picollege.edu) through Email.
- Once logged in, you select Help Topic.
- After selecting a Help Topic, you have have to enter the subject and the details of the concern or issue. Please make the details section as detailed as possible. You can also attach files that will be used as reference for the concern department.
- After entering the subject and details, click on the Create Ticket button.
- After clicking on the Create button, you will need to wait until the ticket is submitted.
- Once the ticket is submitted, you will be redirected to the page where you can see the content of your ticket. In that page, you will see the subject and the ticket number. You can also see the ticket status, which department it has assigned to and the date the ticket was created. At the bottom part of it, you will also see the content of the details field and when it was created.
