How to Open a New Ticket

- Click on the Open a New Ticket link from the navigation bar.
- Login to the system by entering your school email and your password. If you do not know the password, please reach out to John (jsalvador@picollege.edu) through Teams or Email.
- Once logged in, you select Help Topic.
- After selecting a Help Topic, you have have to enter the subject and the details of the concern or issue. You can also attach files that will be used as reference for the concern department.
- After entering the subject and details, click on the Create Ticket button.
