1.To check for ticket status, you have to click on the Check Ticket Status link in the navigation bar or the Check Ticket Status button.

2. Once clicked, you will need to enter the email address and the ticket number.

3. Once you entered the required information, you click on the view ticket button to view the information about the ticket. If the email and ticket number are valid then you should be able ti see the information about the ticket.
